PERSONAL
As the eldest of five children, I was born and raised in the Middle Rhine region of Germany. After completing my secondary education, I moved to Vienna to study human medicine and earn my doctorate. During my training, I gained diverse medical and cultural experience, including in Malawi, at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, and at various clinics in Austria and Germany. In addition to my medical training, the births of my four children have had a particularly profound impact on me. They have fundamentally changed my perspective on pediatrics and deepened my understanding of the concerns, questions, and needs of families. It is very important to me to support children and their parents not only with medical competence, but also with empathy and on equal footing.
In my practice, trust, time, and individualized care are central. Every child should feel welcome and have the opportunity to develop in a safe environment. For me, good medical care begins with listening, understanding, and building a trusting relationship. Furthermore, evidence-based medicine is also very important to me in order to ensure the best possible care for my young patients.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
My professional career combines experience from inpatient and outpatient settings as well as from different healthcare systems. Today, my focus is on outpatient pediatrics and adolescent medicine, where I support children and adolescents from birth to young adulthood and view parents as important partners in medical care.
Children and their families are unique. Therefore, individualized, family-oriented, and evidence-based medicine is central to my practice. In a trusting partnership with parents, I support children and adolescents with experience, respect, and appreciation—driven by the joy I find in my profession and the desire to support every child in the best possible way.

- Acute medical care for infants, children, and adolescents
- Allergology: Diagnosis and treatment of allergies, provocation tests, food allergies and intolerances, hay fever, atopic dermatitis, other atopic diseases, and hyposensitization therapy (SLIT, SCIT)
- Pediatric pulmonology: Care for children with asthma and respiratory problems of any kind, exercise provocation, and diagnosis of chronic respiratory diseases
- Breastfeeding and nutritional medicine: Counseling for breastfeeding difficulties, support in infant nutrition, introduction of complementary foods, and nutritional counseling
