If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, your provided data will be stored with us for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Should treatment at our practice result from this contact, we are legally obligated to retain your data for a period of 10 years (retention obligation pursuant to \u00a7 51 para. 3 Medical Practitioners Act). <\/p>\n

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit. <\/p>\n

For this purpose, we ask for your email address and written consent that you agree to receive the newsletter. In order to make the newsletter more personal, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information such as first and last name. We use MailChimp to send the newsletter and to manage subscriber data. Your data is stored on MailChimp's servers and is legally secured by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. You will find a link to unsubscribe at the end of each newsletter. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch. <\/p>\n

You generally have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
